Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth account management and issue resolution
- Manage 500-800 cases per month in Salesforce (CRM experience preferred but not required)
- Provide support to channel partners, helping them navigate product offerings and resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to address concerns and optimize service
Account Manager Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Operational Support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
This is a temporary hybrid role with two in-office days per week, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment while supporting key client relationships.
