LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization to hire a motivated Accounting Manager. This role is perfect for professionals looking to utilize their Accounting Manager experience in the world of investing while advancing their careers.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage fund accounting processes, including preparation and review of financial statements and investor reports
- Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance with partnership tax regulations
- Support financial reporting by analyzing fund performance and preparing key financial metrics
- Assist in streamlining accounting procedures and improving reporting processes
- Work closely with business leaders and other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to perform data analysis and support financial reporting
- Work within NetSuite (experience is a plus) to manage accounting data and reporting
Accounting Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of fund accounting experience, particularly with exposure to financial reporting
- Required experience with tax partnership processes and/or familiarity with tax-related reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and confident interacting with business leaders.
Strong communication and analytical skills
Accounting Manager Benefits:
- $120,000 – $165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- 20% discretionary annual bonus
