LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry leader delivering essential services across the Midwest to hire a hybrid Manager of Accounting in the western suburbs. In this role, you’ll steer core financial processes that keep operations running smoothly, while coaching talent and influencing high-stakes decisions. Manager, Accounting Responsibilities:

Lead timely month-end close and delivery of accurate financials

Prepare and review reconciliations and financial reporting packages

Manage regulatory reporting processes and ensure full GAAP compliance

Work with business unit leaders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

Train and guide team members to strengthen reporting and controls

Liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders across departments

Take ownership of budgeting support, account analysis and internal control updates
Manager, Accounting Requirements:

Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred

7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting

Strong working knowledge of financial systems, GAAP and reporting standards

Leadership experience, with proven ability to mentor and motivate others

Background in regulated industries or public accounting is a plus

Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and deadlines
