Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities:
- Process over 100 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency using SAP
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed
- Support audits by providing documentation and information as required
Accounts Payable Lead Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency in SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
