As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing financial transactions for our client. Your expertise will help ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling accounts payable functions, while working within a supportive and professional environment.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address any issues
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the medical or healthcare field is a plus, but not required
