LaSalle Network is working with a lead company in Itasca that is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with NetSuite experience to join their team ASAP! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments while supporting our client’s finance team during this busy season.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices using NetSuite with a high degree of accuracy
- Conduct timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment runs, including checks, ACH and wire transfers
- Maintain organized records and support month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and provide support
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- Experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
