Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payments
- Manage vendor relationships and handle inquiries to keep things running smoothly
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve AP processes and maintain strong financial controls
- Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chicago, IL
