Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Process A/R Panini check deposits, record invoice numbers, job ship-to details and adjustments, and maintain accurate activity logs in Excel
- Work closely with Corporate Cash Management to ensure proper application of payments and communicate final retainages to Accounts Payable (AP)
- Set up certified payroll and configure multi-family projects, including statement of values and labor commitment uploads
- Update daily job costs and weekly revenue in the ERP system to maintain accurate project financials
Accounts Receivable Analyst Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- 10+ years of business experience (flexible depending on candidate)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong ability to complete tasks efficiently and within time constraints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Experience working with multiple ERP systems and meeting deadlines
