Accounts Receivable/ Credit Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess creditworthiness
- Evaluate and process credit applications for new and existing clients
- Manage accounts receivable portfolio and monitor payment trends
- Develop and maintain client relationships for timely collections
- Create detailed reports on AR aging, collections metrics and credit risks
- Collaborate with sales team to support business growth while minimizing credit risk
- Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures
Accounts Receivable/ Credit Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience, healthcare industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment
- Experience with financial services industry preferred
- Hybrid arrangement: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
- Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 per year
- Location: Hybrid (Downtown Chicago)
