AR & AP Accountant Responsibilities:
- Handle financial operations for a subsidiary, ensuring accurate reporting
- Manage G702, G703 percent completion reporting, and waivers of lien
- Process and review AIA documentation for projects
- Assist with month-end close and reconciliation
- Collaborate with the AR Manager and Accounting Manager on financial processes
- Support ongoing audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
AR & AP Accountant Requirements:
- Experience with construction and project accounting
- Familiarity with lien waivers and subcontractor financial management
- Strong understanding of AIA documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required
- Experience with NetSuite a plus
- Ability to work onsite full-time (8 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM), with additional hours as needed
