AR/ Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to collect on past-due invoices through phone and email communication
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, handling disputes, short payments and overpayments efficiently
- Monitor accounts, manage credit limits and initiate actions on orders held due to credit concerns
AR/ Collections Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years in accounts receivable or collections role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ERP system experience is a plus!
