Benefits Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, monitoring the benefits inbox and customer service line to provide timely support
- Administer leave of absence policies, including in-house tracking and processing for FMLA, ADA and other leaves
- Perform data entry for employee benefit selections and dependent information within the UKG (UltiPro) HRIS as needed
- Collaborate with third-party benefit vendors to resolve issues and maintain accurate administration of benefit plans
- Support the annual benefits renewal process, coordinating open enrollment, handling communications and managing vendor data feeds
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s goals
Benefits Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, including leave of absence management
