Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Scan documents
- Write company memos
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- 2+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must know how to scan documents and upload invoices
