HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations
- Support the administration and documentation of workers' compensation claims
- Guide employees through leave processes, helping with required documentation and ensuring payroll accuracy
- Assist in recruiting efforts by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding
- Respond to employee inquiries, maintain HR documentation, and uphold compliance standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, oversee the HR shared inbox, and perform general office tasks as needed. Maintain digital and physical employee records
- Support employees with benefit-related questions and assist with billing reconciliation
- Utilize HR systems (e.g., Paycom), government portals, training records systems, and security access tools to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (experience with Paycom a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
