LaSalle Network is partnered with a Global Manufacturing Company searching for their next Bilingual Senior Learning and Development Consultant with native bilingual capabilities in either Spanish, German, Italian or French. This individual must be able to present and speak in front of crowds in one of the listed languages. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Senior Learning and Development Consultant to join our client’s dynamic HR team. The Bilingual Senior Learning and Development Consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development initiatives tailored to the needs of their employees across various departments and levels within the organization.

Bilingual Senior Learning and Development Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and priorities
  • Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning modules and training materials, both in-person and virtually
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to develop content and materials aligned with best practices and industry standards
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, leveraging a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments and metrics analysis and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities, career development planning and performance improvement strategies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate relevant innovations into program design and delivery

Bilingual Senior Learning and Development Consultant Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development or related HR role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning solutions
  • Fluent in either Spanish, French, Italian or German, with excellent communication and presentation skills in one or more of the listed languages
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning technologies
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influence without authority
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS); experience with e-learning authoring tools is a plus
  • Certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) are desirable
