We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Analyst to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.
Billing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients
- Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries related to billing
- Maintain and update billing system and customer accounts
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth billing operations
- Generate billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes
- Support the implementation of billing process improvements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Billing Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred not required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with billing software and ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
