Billing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage and post invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct thorough audits and review invoices to ensure detail and correctness
- Lead and assist with ad hoc special projects as needed
- Utilize ERP systems for financial management and reporting
- Engage in financial analysis and reporting tasks
Billing Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 1+ year of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably within architecture, construction or manufacturing industries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines responsibly
