Billing & Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing for the construction group, ensuring accuracy in split billing and insurance-related processes
- Lead collections efforts, which comprise 75% of this role
- Manage billing for one practice group, handling under 100 invoices per month
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments
Billing & Collections Specialist Requirements:
- 3-4 years of billing and collections experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of non-standard billing, particularly in construction-related projects
- Proficiency in Coyote Analytics or similar accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work three set days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
