As part of our growth strategy, we’re seeking ambitious, results-oriented salespeople to join our team as Business Development Managers. The key focus of this role is driving new client acquisition while growing and expanding existing accounts to support our continued success. 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Build a network of clients through research and targeted prospecting 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations 
  • Nurture client relationships through discovery to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing and recruiting solutions 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations and other materials to support sales efforts 
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, collaborating with recruiting teams to ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout 
  • Consistently surpass sales targets and performance metrics, including making 60+ calls daily and attending 8+ client meetings weekly, to drive revenue growth and personal success 

Business Development Manager Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience from an environment where high-volume call and meeting metrics are the norm 
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must demonstrate the presence required for in-person client interaction 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred 
  • Excitement about working in-office with a team; all staff work Monday-Thursday onsite and remote on Fridays 


Please note that the salary range posted is the expected first-year OTE, as this role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped quarterly bonus plan.
