Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join their team in Nashville, TN in a hybrid role. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled BI professional to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions that empower business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with data visualization tools, and expertise in transforming raw data into meaningful insights. The pay range for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and reporting solutions
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for data integration
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing best practices in data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and decision-making capabilities
- Monitor BI systems’ performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation
- Stay up to date with emerging BI tools, trends, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL development
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Hands-on experience in data warehousing concepts and cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Google BigQuery
- Previous experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing is a plus
