Business Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor sponsorship forms, onboarding, and training
- Track attestation status and support vendor compliance
- Coordinate and lead vendor status meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Support contract renewals and bid document development (CPOR & RFQ coordination)
- Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payment tracking
- Support budget reporting, financial tracking, and reconciliation
- Assist in the development of P&L statements, cash flow, and financial reports
- Lead onboarding for freelance and FTE marketing staff
- Manage access to marketing tech tools (Mailchimp, iStock, Teamwork, etc.)
- Coordinate monthly all-team meetings and new hire logistics
- Handle expense report submissions and approvals
- Coordinate tech support for staff and freelancers
- Manage subscriptions and passwords for core marketing tools
- Ensure smooth shared drive and VPN access
Business Operations Manager Requirements:
- Strong project management and operational coordination skills
- Experience in vendor management and contract tracking
- Comfort working with financial reports, budgets, and PO systems
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Teamwork, Mailchimp, iStock, and Brandfolder
- Clear communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
