LaSalle Network has partnered with a major beauty retailer dedicated to optimizing their operations and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional results. As they continue to enhance their business processes within Merchandising and Merch Planning & Inventory (MP&I), they are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

The right candidate will work cross-functionally in documenting and executing existing business processes. This role will collaborate closely with the training team to develop training materials for vetted processes and support the MP&I team in driving change management and adoption.

Business Process Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of prioritized procedure and process documentation, including process step references, best practices, quick reference guides and flow charts for Merchandising and MP&I processes
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver training materials on vetted processes, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams
  • Monitor compliance with business practices and support the MP&I team in process execution as needed
  • Work cross-functionally to drive change management and adoption of new and improved business processes
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Assist in creating tools and resources that promote the efficient execution of processes
  • Provide support to team members by clarifying procedures, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to business processes

Business Process Analyst Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of work and education in retail merchandising, planning or inventory management
  • Experience in the retail industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex processes and convey them effectively
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, documentation software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management and support process adoption across teams

This is a contract opportunity, will last for 3 months, and the hourly rate is $30-35/hr. If you have the experience listed above and are looking for a great opportunity with an established employer, this role is for you.
