Our client is seeking a Call Center Agent to assist customers in navigating their software platform and services. This role requires someone who excels in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and will be rewarded for their efforts through performance-based growth opportunities and recognition.
Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps, helping resolve account and software-related concerns
- Work with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service
- Assist with account management, processing payments, and following up on pending issues
- Support various departments by handling overflow calls and addressing customer escalations
- Manage email correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions
Call Center Agent Requirements:
- 2+ years of call center experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and software platforms
