After four weeks of on-site training, this role becomes fully remote.

Our client is seeking a Call Center Agent to assist customers in navigating their software platform and services. This role requires someone who excels in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and will be rewarded for their efforts through performance-based growth opportunities and recognition.

Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps, helping resolve account and software-related concerns
  • Work with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service
  • Assist with account management, processing payments, and following up on pending issues
  • Support various departments by handling overflow calls and addressing customer escalations
  • Manage email correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions

Call Center Agent Requirements:
  • 2+ years of call center experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and software platforms
