Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer support
- Ability to multitask—type 35+ words per minute while actively engaging with customers
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software preferred
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow in the entertainment and tech industry
