Cash Applications Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process cash receipts accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Apply and monitor cash deductions, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and streamline operations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
Cash Applications Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in cash applications/accounts receivable
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
