Cash Applications Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments and apply cash receipts to the correct accounts
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, ensuring accurate records
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and billing issues
- Manage collections efforts for overdue accounts
- Assist with monthly close processes, including reconciliation of AR-related accounts
Cash Applications Specialist Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and cash applications
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
