Central Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and optimize onsite schedules, especially in a high-volume setting
- Effectively communicate with teams, clients and stakeholders
- Accurately input and maintain scheduling information with a focus on precision
- Resolve conflicts promptly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination
Central Scheduler Requirements:
- 1+ year of patient scheduling or patient coordination experience, with a strong background in high-volume inbound call center operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments, particularly in high-inbound call center settings
- Proficiency in EPIC or other EMR software is a plus
