LaSalle Network has partnered with an organization providing IT Services and Consulting Services that is seeking a CEO. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of enterprise customers, and experience working in a PE-backed environment. This role requires a visionary leader with a track record of scaling businesses, optimizing performance through operations, and building high-performing teams.

CEO Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a clear growth strategy aligned with the company’s goals and private equity expectations. Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a results-oriented and customer-centric culture. Attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and performance optimization. Implement best practices to improve customer service and delivery capabilities
  • Drive top-line revenue through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling ERP solutions and services. Establish and oversee high-impact sales strategies and processes
  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and financial health. Work closely with the CFO to drive financial performance and reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison with private equity investors and the board, providing clear reporting and transparency on business performance, challenges, and opportunities

CEO Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a COO, CRO, General Manager, or senior executive in a high-growth software or technology services company
  • Strong sales and business development background, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS. Ability to create a strategy and execute on the vision in a complex business
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customers, their needs, and buying cycles
  • Experience leading a private equity-backed company, with a track record of driving growth and increasing enterprise value
  • Strong P&L management experience with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
