As a Client Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting the team with detailed documentation, data entry, and communication with clients.
Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of certificates to clients
- Provide daily support for claims processing, helping clients navigate the process
- Handle sensitive information, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in EPIC and other systems
- Work directly with clients to resolve inquiries, maintain relationships, and provide exceptional service
Client Service Representative Requirements:
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Insurance experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Excellent documentation and data entry skills
- Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new systems and processes
- At least 1 year of work experience
