We have partnered with a growing Healthcare IT organization seeking a Client Success Advisor to join their team! This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused professional passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

As a Client Success Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services. You will play a key role in onboarding, relationship management, strategic consulting, and account growth to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Client Success Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and effective product utilization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client goals and providing strategic recommendations
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Proactively resolve client issues and escalate critical concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs internally

Client Success Advisor Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years in client success, account management, customer service, or a related role
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or EHR is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable analyzing data and providing actionable insights
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
