Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Make 15–20 outbound collection calls per hour using a dialer system
- Assist customers with payment plans and resolving past-due balances
- Handle inbound calls when not actively dialing
- Communicate via email and follow up on outstanding accounts
Collections Representative Requirements:
- Recent collections experience (2–3 years) – B2B preferred, B2C acceptable (no third-party collections)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to drive successful resolutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Collections Representative Benefits:
