As a Compensation Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and managing compensation programs. You will ensure that compensation practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with the business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compensation professional to make a significant impact within a thriving organization.

Compensation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive positioning
  • Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design incentive and bonus programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and management on compensation-related matters
  • Prepare and present compensation reports and analyses to senior leadership
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark positions
  • Lead the merit and incentive cycles 

Compensation Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods and market analysis
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
