Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead the insurance forms and rate/rule filing process for new and existing Property & Casualty insurance products
- Collaborate with compliance, actuarial, and underwriting teams to support ratemaking and product design
- Respond to follow-ups and manage communications with state insurance departments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy forms, manuscript language, and policy reviews
Compliance Analyst Requirements:
- 5+ years in a compliance role, ideally with an admitted carrier or similar organization
- Strong familiarity with form/rate filings, commercial insurance lines, and state insurance department regulations
- Ability to work independently on projects, manage filings from start to finish, and navigate state filing systems
- Experience with policy forms and a solid understanding of underwriting and actuarial perspectives
- Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently without extensive oversight
