Our client, a global company based out of Warrenville, IL, is seeking a Compliance Manager – HR/Training to support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across various business groups and regions. This newly created position will work under the Senior Director of Compliance to drive compliance awareness, support training initiatives and ensure adherence to policies, the code of conduct and external regulations. In this role, you will develop and maintain compliance training and awareness programs, utilizing Docebo as the Learning Management System (LMS) and LRN for content. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to meet regulatory and policy requirements, ensuring compliance efforts align with the organization’s values and standards.
The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of compliance experience from large private or publicly held companies, have expertise in compliance training, analytics and external regulations. A legal background is not required.
Compliance Manager – HR/Training Responsibilities:
- Oversee the compliance training program, from curriculum development to implementation, ensuring training is assigned appropriately and tracked via the LMS
- Support adherence to legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including ongoing updates to the Code of Conduct and other policies
- Use PowerBI to pull data, monitor compliance activity and create dashboards and reports to communicate training completion and other compliance metrics to leadership
- Act as a business partner to senior leaders, ensuring compliance priorities are addressed across departments and regions
- Identify and mitigate compliance-related risks through assessments, training and proactive communication
Compliance Manager – HR/Training Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications (CCEP, CFE) are a plus
- 5+ years in compliance management and training
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (Docebo preferred) and data reporting tools (PowerBI and Excel)
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Some national and international travel may be required (up to 25%)
