Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 10-12 projects at once
- Oversee project from sales to design to drafting to operations
- Work closely with sales team to adjust design of customer need
- Create drafting in Solid Works or CAD
Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering – preferred in Mechanical or Industrial
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with CAD or solid works
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
