We are looking for an experienced Contract Bilingual HR Business Partner to support their team in Byron, MN, during a critical interim period. Contract Bilingual HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to support leadership and frontline employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution and performance management
- Advise managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures and best practices to maintain a positive work environment
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce performance and engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives, including employee engagement, retention and compliance
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to ensure effective communication across all levels of the workforce
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations and company policies within a manufacturing setting
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits administration and HRIS data maintenance
Contract Bilingual HR Business Partner Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) required
- Proven experience handling employee relations, talent management and recruitment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience using HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
