The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for enterprise sales roles, specifically in SaaS or technology environments. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify, attract and secure top talent for multiple senior-level roles across our client’s sales teams.
Contract GTM/Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Account Executives and other senior sales roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with team needs
- Source and engage with high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
- Facilitate a smooth hiring process from initial contact to offer stage
- Support the development of recruiting strategies to attract top talent for senior sales and technical positions
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands (12-15 roles per quarter)
Contract GTM/Sales Recruiter Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience; must be in SaaS, technology or enterprise sales roles
- Proven track record in successfully hiring Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) and senior sales professionals
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level deal structures
- Experience in recruiting for both sales and technical/ops roles is a plus
- Familiarity with using Salesforce for candidate management or similar CRM tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building relationships with senior-level talent
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized recruitment pipeline
