LaSalle Network is looking to hire Contract Production Designer for one of our clients, a dynamic professional services marketing agency dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for clients in the insurance and fintech space.
In this role, you will support the creative marketing team in delivering design assets for well-known brands, applying their design standards to existing and new creative collateral. This is a fully remote contract (preference is someone located in CT or ET time zones), 25-35 hours a week, through the end of the year.
Contract Production Designer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to design engaging direct marketing materials and email campaigns
- Create visually appealing layouts that align with brand guidelines
- Refine, finalize, optimize and version marketing designs for print and digital, including direct mail packages, self-mailers, emails, banners, websites and social media ads
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms, with a focus on HTML for email marketing
- Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution
Contract Production Designer Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in production and design
- Proven experience in production design, particularly in direct marketing and email marketing
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and HTML
- Experience in refining, finalizing, optimizing and versioning a variety of marketing designs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
