Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations

Partner with community organizations, colleges, and universities to strengthen outreach and brand presence

Collaborate with hiring managers and vendors to handle background checks and pre-employment testing
-
Track candidate activities and update the applicant tracking system accurately
-
Develop and present recruiting data and reports to leadership

Support ad hoc special projects to enhance recruiting processes
Contract Recruiter Requirements:

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on marketing and sales roles
-
Background in CPG industry recruiting is highly preferred
-
Proven ability to create and execute innovative recruiting strategies

Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills
-
Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred
