The ideal candidate for this Contract Recruiter role will have at least three years of recruiting experience in the healthcare space, supporting corporate and technical roles! This is a full cycle recruiting position and will be hybrid in Oakbrook Terrace.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage 10- 20 requisitions at a time
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, negotiate offers and everything in between
- Build rapport with various hiring managers to be able to learn more about the various requisitions and provide the best possible candidates
- Provide support in compliance and employment laws
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ year of recruiting experience
- Experience managing job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Zip Recruiter
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic and driven for personal and company success
