Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on sales positions
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates using LinkedIn and other available tools
- Handle a high volume of resumes and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic talent solutions
- Work independently in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a growing Talent Acquisition team
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS (set to be fully implemented by April) to track candidate progress
- Contribute insights on sourcing strategies and process improvements
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to source and close candidates without extensive sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn
- Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to adjust to different time zones
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries (sales, tech, finance, HR) is a plus
- Ability to adapt and take on a variety of roles as business needs evolve
- Sharp, motivated, and eager to drive hiring success.
