We're on the hunt for a Contract Recruiter to support their corporate and sales hiring initiatives over the next six months. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring strategies

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for corporate and sales openings

Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process

Develop strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships for future openings

Stay informed on hiring trends to continuously improve recruiting tactics

Ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate
Contract Recruiter Requirements:

Prior recruiting experience in corporate and skilled trade environments strongly preferred

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software

High-level communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions at once

Highly organized, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs
