Controller Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with C-Suite and Management Team to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions
- Prepare and manage financial reports, forecasts and KPIs to track performance and guide planning
- Support month-end close, budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, scenario planning and business modeling
- Assist with key projects, including ERP system implementation and audit support
Controller Requirements:
- Strong experience in finance organization for a growing AdTech or media company
- 5+ years of consulting experience or with Finance, FP&A and quantitative analysis
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. CPA or equivalent preferred
