The Corporate Recruiter will work directly with the CHRO to build out standard recruiting SOPs and own the recruiting process. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be based in Miami and thrive in a startup environment.
Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of positions, including accountants, auditors, tax professionals and administrative support roles
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions
- Provide consultation and guidance on job descriptions, compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices
- Analyze and continuously improve the recruiting process to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that align with company goals and talent acquisition needs
Corporate Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Recruitment experience in professional services, accounting or finance industry required
- Knowledge of industry certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) and an understanding of the skills required for various accounting positions
- Proven experience building out recruiting SOPs and best practices
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
