Corporate Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Assist in month-end close process
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Help maintain fixed asset schedules
- Participate in budget and forecast preparation
- Assist with audit preparations and schedules
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Corporate Staff Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships count)
- Strong academic record (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pursuing CPA certification preferred
- Internship experience in public accounting or corporate accounting a plus
Corporate Staff Accountant Benefits:
