Credit and Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts and ensure the payment processes move forward smoothly
- Pull invoices from client portals, organize within Excel, and analyze the process
- Track large volumes of invoices and know when to escalate issues, ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team and customers to push invoices through the approval and payment process, resolving any issues or delays
Credit and Collections Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B collections experience or similar administrative role involving customer accounts
- Experience in environments such as medical insurance claims, where large volumes of transactions need to be tracked and resolved is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Ability to commute to the Glenview office
