This client is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join their growing team. This position would be 100% onsite in Naperville, IL.
Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist existing customers with account questions or processes and scheduling repair or maintenance service while selling additional products and services
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to residential and/or commercial customers
- Ability to successfully resolve customer questions and/or concerns quickly in one phone call by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain personal/team sales goals daily, weekly and monthly
Customer Account Representative Requirements:
- 2+ years Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of working in an office space
- Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
