Customer Experience Area Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, using KPIs and data insights to drive results
- Provide real-time feedback, address performance gaps and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment
- Implement workflow changes and facilitate smooth transitions through effective change management
- Build strong client partnerships to enhance service delivery, retain accounts and support growth opportunities
- Resolve service, contractual and financial issues, ensuring operational continuity and client satisfaction
- Oversee daily account operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet client needs
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends, improve performance and enhance service quality
- Oversee onboarding and seamless integration of new accounts within your assigned region
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, maintaining high safety and operational standards
Customer Experience Area Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- 4+ years in people management, with a focus on KPI-driven decision-making and team development
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and teams across diverse locations
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with change management
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region
