Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhance account profitability
- Serve as the primary liaison between company and clients, managing all aspects of the contractual relationship
- Coordinate with Operations Team for smooth implementation of print technology and support services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction
- Recommend operational enhancements to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness
Client Relationship Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- Background in Managed Print Services is highly desirable
- Experience in project management, preferably within multi-disciplinary teams
- Customer service background in Technology/Managed Print Support is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong analytical skills
- Ability to cultivate and fortify relationships with customers, including executives
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client and internal demands
- High energy levels and a proactive approach to task management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
