Call Center Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting with account inquiries, billing, and troubleshooting

Call Center Associate Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume support environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and type 35+ WPM while interacting with customers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and contact center technology (preferred but not required)
- A driven, collaborative mindset with a desire to grow in the telecom and media space
